National Senior Volunteer Programs Making a Difference

Are you sick of sitting at home all by yourself bored and wishing there was something more you could do with your time?

We are excited to announce Carrie Will with the Human Development Commission will be in our office on April 18th at 5:30pm to discuss the various local volunteer opportunities available to seniors 55+. She will discuss some of the senior volunteer programs available to you and their unique benefits. These programs include the Retired and Senior Volunteer Programs (RSVP) as well as the Foster Grandparent Program (FGP).

You don’t want to miss this presentation! They are actively recruiting new volunteers and looking for new places for volunteers to serve. There will be handouts and additional information you can take home with you.
